The service

vendify.cc lets merchants run online stores for digital goods. Merchants are the sellers of record for what they sell; vendify.cc provides the software.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity in your account and shops.

Acceptable use

You may not sell illegal goods, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, run fraud or abuse the service. We may suspend shops that breach these terms.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling keeps your plan until the period ends; higher-plan features then lock. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless law requires.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and NOWPayments under their own terms. Merchants are responsible for taxes and compliance in their jurisdiction.

Your data

Merchants own their shop content and customer data. We process it only to run the service and delete it on request, subject to legal retention duties.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the dashboard or by email before they apply.
